Stuart Snider joined Tiner Commercial Real Estate Services in March 2017 after spending 17 years with Core Commercial, TRI Commercial and Grubb & Ellis respectively. He began his career with Norris, Beggs & Simpson as a databank coordinator learning about the Sacramento and performing research for the NBS brokers. He then moved to Connolly Development of Sacramento as an in-house leasing agent for the firm’s eight Raley’s Supermarket anchored shopping centers in Northern California. He then joined Parker Stevenson Brokerage in Sacramento achieving ‘Top Broker’ designation in 1998.
Stuart was born and raised in the Central Valley city of Turlock, and graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Managerial Economics. He has an in-depth knowledge of major shopping centers and future retail developments in the Sacramento/Stockton/Modesto Metro Areas as well as the fast growing Foothills markets. His past and current landlord clients include McNellis Partners, Donahue Schriber, Passco, Rite Aid, Shelter Bay Retail, Cadence Capital and Merlone Geier. Current and past tenant representation clients include Subway, Jack in the Box, Popeye’s Louisiana Chicken, Grocery Outlet, Goodwill, California Sun Centers, The Learning Experience, Golden Corral, and Tera Petroleum/Car Wash Centers.
When not looking for the next site or tenant, he enjoys spending time with his family (wife, Lisa and daughters), cooking, cycling, cooking, photography, camping, skiing and enjoying a glass of California wine.
